The Information Federation looks forward to a long term relationship for the life of your business. We will support you through whatever changes and challenges may affect your organisation and, indeed, whenever you need us we will be there for you.

Full training in our modular systems is offered, in the form of
on-line tutorials, which are updated in line with any upgrades.

If you have a problem or question, you may be able to solve it by referring to our FAQ/Trouble Shooting page. In the event that this does not provide the solution you are looking for, customer support is available via telephone, email, or where deemed necessary, face to face.

Support is provided on-line, through a Ticket System, and our support advisors have a variety of tools at hand to help you get going again should anything go wrong, including remote assistance, sharing your desktop with the people who can help.

We have an extensive searchable Help Database that we add to whenever a new development is made or a common support query is identified.

Ticket System



excellent customer services

Support is offered via a customer services
department, which will usually be able to answer your queries there and then. Where this is not possible your contact will look into the matter and may refer your query to another team member but you will always be able to monitor progress.

This is because we use a Ticket System to manage and support queries, whereby your query is allocated a unique number, which you can track online. This ensures that we deal with your queries expeditiously and that they can never simply "get lost in the system."
